Coolant Filter

Partial flow (or bypass) filtration is commonly used in cooling systems, where only about 10% of the coolant flows through the filter for purification. We have carefully created a series of filter products to adapt to diverse operating conditions and flexible maintenance needs. Selecting the right filter is essential to maintaining the delicate balance of chemicals in the cooling system, which can not only effectively prevent problems caused by excessive precipitation of deposits such as silicates, but also avoid potential system damage such as corrosion and bushing pitting caused by insufficient concentration, thereby ensuring the long-term stable operation of the cooling system.

Coolant filters are mainly divided into the following three types according to their functions and application scenarios:


1.Pre-filled filters: These filters are pre-filled with sufficient coolant additives at the factory. They are designed for new systems or cooling systems that have just undergone overhauls. They can provide the necessary initial charge during the first maintenance cycle to ensure that the cooling system quickly reaches optimal working conditions, and gradually release additives during the first maintenance interval to maintain stable system performance.

2.Standard-filled spin-on filters: These filters also have the right amount of chemical additives built in, designed to continuously maintain the health of the cooling system during routine maintenance cycles. They are designed to be easy to install and replace spin-on, which can effectively manage impurities in the coolant between maintenance, and replenish additives in time to maintain the balance and efficiency of the coolant and extend the life of the system.

3.Blank filters: Blank filters are a filter option that does not contain any chemical additives. They are suitable for specific occasions, such as cooling systems that have been maintained with liquid additives, systems using long-life coolants that do not require additional additives, or when the system needs to adjust the additive concentration due to overfilling. Blank filters help restore or maintain the normal range of additives in the coolant through their efficient filtering performance, but please note that they are not suitable for systems that use only water as the cooling medium.
